Prices, medians, trends, yields and auction details are provided for general information. They are not a valuation and not financial, legal or investment advice. Property decisions should be based on a formal valuation, the auction proclamation of sale and advice from a lawyer or licensed professional.

Accuracy

The data comes from public sources (see the About and Data sources pages). We clean and check it, but records can be incomplete, delayed or wrong at source, and auction details can change or be cancelled at short notice. Always confirm with the original source. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the site.

Your account

Signing in with Google lets you save properties, follow areas and receive alerts. Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for activity under it. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the site.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, bulk-download or resell the site's data, or run automated queries that load the servers.
• Do not attempt to bypass sign-in, rate limits or security measures.
• Content you post (for example community articles) must be your own, accurate and lawful. We may edit or remove it.

Advertising and links

The site shows advertising and links to third-party websites, including auctioneers and property portals. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
